at the bell we have a good sized private room for small conferences or brainstorming sessions.  previous delegates have appreciated the quiet, undisturbed atmosphere in this part of wales. 

we can tailor your requirements to suit your needs and can break your day with a delicious menu from our award-winning kitchen and refreshments.  despite being in the middle of rural monmouthshire, we do have all the important 21st century facilities with free wifi throughout the bell.   mobile phones however, do not generally work inside the bell, so you can really get some work done!  depending on network and phone model, you might be lucky and get a signal in the car park, or you may have to wander half-way up coedanghred hill, just behind the bell!  we will leave you to decide if this is a plus or a minus .......

if you all get fed up with sitting around brainstorming, there are many things to do in and around the area.  we can arrange an afternoon's fishing on local waters with our ghillie or we have six rather challenging circular walks (see activities) of various different lengths and strengths.   there are numerous outdoor activities available at  local monnow events 01981 240800 www.monnowevents.co.uk (see activities) and, in season, we can put you in touch with roxtons 01488 683222 www.roxtons.com  regarding local pheasant and partridge shoots.  golfers will see that we have a good selection of challenging courses in and around the area.
